Who We Are
Ethikon Institute is an independent, non-profit civil company founded in October 2024, aiming to promote the ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. Ethikon Institute operates without any state funding, relying among others on private resources and strategic partnerships, aspiring to strengthen Greece's position as a center of innovation and technology in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Vision and Mission
Ethikon Institute envisions a reality where Artificial Intelligence is developed and used in ways that promote the common good, uphold ethical principles, protect human rights and freedoms, and contribute to a fairer, more sustainable, and informed society. Ethikon Institute seeks to lead the development and implementation of ethical practices around Artificial Intelligence, bringing together different fields of knowledge to shape a responsible and human-centered future.
